Kansas Private Land Whitetails.
We are offering a full season whitetail firearm lease in [/b]Northeast Kansas[/b] on 875 private acres. The property consists of approximately 50% crop lands and pasture with the balance being wooded river bottom. [/b]

The firearm season runs from Nov. 30 to [/b]Dec. 11th, 2005[/b]. Your group is welcome to scout this property and place hang-on tree stands or portable ground blinds prior to the season. [/b]

This is a hunt on your own lease with lodging, meals and license being the responsibility of the hunting party. You will be able to use a wall tent, motor-home or travel trailer on the property with a securing deposit which will be refunded unless a clean up of the area is required after your hunt. If you prefer lodging and meals are available in a nearby town. Use of ATV’s would be at the discretion of the landowner and per [/b]Kansas[/b] regulations. Topographic maps will be provided.[/b]
The price of this lease including the 5 guaranteed rifle tags is $12,500.00, or $2500.00 per person. A deposit of 50% is required to secure this lease[/b].
