I personally wear the Xscent and can vouch for its effectiveness. I hunt in South Carolina where temps can soar into the 100s. Last week I climbed intomy stand at around 5:30pm, wearing my Xscent light weight base layers and my bug tamer. Before I knew it I was drenched in sweat from head to toe. I had deer all around my stand and I never got scented! Of course, I was about 20ft up in a treeand I also use earth cover scent.
I believe Wal-mart sells Xscent now for cheap. IMO its worth the money.
