Both. I actually wore it later into the season than I had expected. I bought the tech silk weight version of it and actually wore it until well into the low 30's.

I also feel that I had more shot opportunities because of it. I had several buck within shooting range last year as well as a variety of doe. I don't recall being winded whatsoever.
