I've been seeing a ton of fawns around the house lately and as ofabout a week and a half ago, nearly all have lost their spots. There is one tiny fawn that I saw in the alfalfa field down the road last night that still looks like you would expect a late July / early August fawn to look like. The little guy/girl was standing next to a couple of twin fawns and they were quite a bit bigger. It won't stand much of a chance if we have any kind of a winter.
