RE: quivers
I used a back quiver for many years, but always wound up cussing when I got horse-collared by low limbs. Hip quivers are somewhat better, but I wound up deciding they're just as big a pain as back quivers, because they tend to shed arrows when you're going through brush. I'm beginning to have less problems with using a bow quiver, mainly because I put one on my recurve and did all my shooting with it this summer. Last year I made myself a plains Indian style quiver and began using that. I'm really liking it, but I think I like the bow quiver better for moving around in the woods.
