Hmm, I am a bit confused as to why you would think that they would hit low. Wouldn't a faster arrow generally travel faster thus resulting in a higher point of impact?

However, did you actually go and retune the bow after making the switch. The differing diameter of the shafts, the difference in spine, etc... are all going to have the potential to change the point of impact.
