I have tried the phases of the moon and it only works if you use it in conjunction with other hunting methods. Such as, temp, and barametric pressures. I have noticed here in East TX, that it doesn't matter what phase the moon is, if it is hot the deer do not move. If you have a weatherfront bring in cool air and the temp. drops, it doesn't matter what phase the moon is in...the deer move. So, I would suggest to you, find what methods work best in your area and go with them. Go down to the local coffee shop, archery shop, or sporting goods store and talk to some hunters in your local area. Maybe they can give you some insite.
