Once you figure in $500 for an FFL, the cost fo the equipment needed, and the cost of liability insurance, you might have a good basis for starting to figure out how many $30 boxes of ammo you need to sell to break even. Of course, ignore this if you aren't interested in the legal aspects of it, or don't mind risking your property and your future earnings on the event of one of your reloads dismantling someone else's rifle in a very spectactular manner.
There's a reason why small reloading (remanufacturing) outfits only deal with high volume calibers like .45 acp, 9mm, and .223.
