A couple of good buys are at Natchez Shooters Supply, they have Burris Full Field II's 3-9x40 for $199 and you get a free spotting scope or binocs. I also have had good experience with the Nikon Buckmaster and it's $149 in 3-9. My son has a Leopold FX1 and I am not overly impressed, I'm sure it's a good scope for the money but just not what you expect from Leopold. If you're not adverse to the the imports the Simmons Aetec will impress you if you compare side by side with other scopes. Good huntin'.
