Well in theory it suppose to be.
There is a reason the .308 was primarily used as sniper weapons, it isnt because it was a flat shooter because its not, it's because it was consistent at putting a bullet in the same place time after time, this comes from being efficient.
Did the Germens in WWII use the 8 X 57 as a sniper round because it was "efficient"?????
