I've go ta Bullet Backpacker. Last year I used it in the rain. It was fine. It locks in pretty darn good. Always remember to use your bungy strap to hold the back of your seat pad up. And never climb with out that safety harness. Once last year my cable came out of my Bullet Backpacker. My fault..I should of made sure it was in square. I do now. Luckily it was when I was first getting started. The cable was in a little side ways. I was in a hurry.
The stand is very secure and stable.
