Default Help with bow components

Will you please read these questions and reply?

I replaced a string on my bow and turned the limb bolts 3 turns out before pressing. it was at about 70 pounds before. I put a measured string on and it felt like way more than 70. I un-twisted the string and cables, and now it is feeling a little better. What could have went wrong? Is there anywhere I can get a scale other than one made specifically for bows?

The spacer between the limb and the cam is loose. It makes a vibrating noise. What can I do to stop this?

I got a new string and new arrows at the same time. The nocks are really tight. I s there anything extra I can do to help loosen them up?

My limbs are torqueing toward the cable gaurd alot. I twisted the correct side, but it is still bad. should I just keep twisting?

Thanks for the much needed answers.
