One good trick to try is leave out some apples or birdseed and load it full of cayenne pepper, the hotter the better. After a few tastes of that, he should go looking for food elsewhere. This trick has kept them out of my feeders for the last few years. If they still won't go away, kill them. It is the only way to ensure a bear/human encounter does not end in tragedy. Besides, they taste good.
