JD, unfortunately the "pre- scouting" used by almost all outfritters in BC, Yukon, NWT and Alaska these days involves flying the mountains constantly (usually in a super cub) scouting. Believe me when I say resident hunters get pretty tired of being "buzzed" while on their own wilderness dream hunt.The addition of the helicopter makes it just that much more unethical if legal.
Outfitters are well paid, should they be that lazy? Lets not forgett just whos game is being hunted with such efficiency. I suggest it is yours and mine.
