I'm sure you can scrounge up $700 [8D] Sell a compound or two and all the gadgetery that goes with it and I bet you will be close

That's exactly whatI did. I found a bow that I really wanted, but that was more than I could afford..... I sold 2 longbows and my compound and all accessories. Ended up not costing anything out of pocket.
