Default RE: Ethical/Legality?

Whatever the law says in your state regarding the recovery of game animals on a neighboring property is all that matters. You trespassers keep making yourself feel good by saying no harm, just hop the fence and get back over with your deer.

Pick and choose what law you want to abide by.

If a hunter were to come to me and ask about recovering his deer I would go with him and assist in the recovery and then see him on his way. Problem is,this never happens, ever. They always just hop over onto my property and tromp around to their hearts content.

Well they used to,now I have a reputation for not being nice to ANY trespassers, and there is no way onto my property without knowing you have crossed the line. If you dont want to have a very bad day,you better hope its not my land that you look both ways and hop on over looking for or gathering up a deer.

By the way,one of the most famous lines out of a scum sucking trespassers mouth is,oh I shot a deer and am tracking it,yet there is no blood anywhere, hummm.
