Breast 'em, fillet the meat off, marinade in Italian dressing with jalupeno peppers & juice added, wrap each peice with a small strip of bacon with a bit of chedder cheese, then broil. 12 bird limit nets 24 tasty, spicy ordoves. (How the hell do you spell ordorves?!)
