Pretty much brand new, shot maybe a half dozen times and bought new less than a month ago. I just have a horrible time shooting anything other than a thumb trigger style release now, and it is allowing me to re learn bad habits that took a long time to get rid of. It is a great release, I just can't shoot this style of release.
