Paper tuning isa process in which you shoot arrows through a suspended piece of paper to see how the arrow is flying. You can see, by way of a tear in the paper, if the arrow is fishtailing or porpoising. Then, you make changes to your rest, your nocking point, and a few others to get a perfect bullet hole in the paper. A smooth flying arrow is the most efficient.
