Does anyone use ground blinds for archery hunting for deer. I read in another forum that someone used a homemade one and used wild apples from the area and spread them on it to cover up the paint and the wood smell. I'm going to be bow hunting for deer this fall for the first time, and don't have alot of extra money to spend on removeable tree stands. Does anyone have any advice or experience with ground blinds. I know that ground blinds are used for turkeys, but how about deer?
