It's all personal preference. Your bow might shoot 100 gr. BH better than 125's or vice versa. Also depending on which one you choose, you might have to change your arrow spine. Try using easton's shaft selector on their website and it can give you a good idea if 125 gr. heads will work with your current arrow set up.
