I have been shooting one white and two green Bohning Fletch-Tite 4" vanes. I posted a thread asking how hard it would be to find my arrow after the shot. I am thinking about going with two orange and one white vane. I do not know if I want to stay with my Bohning vanes or switch to Duravanes. I do not know of anyone else (although I am sure a few people do) that shoots the Bohning Fletch-Tite vanes. I have a little problem though. My FOC is 14%. I shoot a 28.5" long arrow when tipped with a broadhead, and I have a 6.85 grain nock, with a uni bushing, an insert, which I want to say weighs 12 grains, and three Bonhing Fletch-Tite 4" vanes, which weigh in at 37.5 grains. My arrow balance point is 1 1/2" left of the center when holding the broadhead to the left. Does 14% FOC seem right? How could I lower my FOC?

Is there any reason to switch to Duravanes? Are Duravanes or Bohning Fletch-Tite vanes better?
