RE: shooting inconsistencies
Put the bow down and take a break from shooting. You may be shooting too much and as you stated, your bad habits are showing up. You may have a case of target panic going on. Take a couple of days off and when you pick it up again take your time and make sure everything is right: consistent grip, solid anchor and allow the pin to float. Don't squeeze the trigger until everything is right and when it is SQUEEEEEZ the trigger and follow through trying to hold the pin on target.
I found that if I start shooting inconsistent, by doing this it helps a lot. Remember in the woods it is the first shot that counts because in most cases it is your only so concentrate on drilling it on your first shot and if you do follow the same routine and drill it again.
