Default RE: Dilemma, What would you do?

I had a similiar probelm this year.A friend andIhad permission to hunt a piece of property last year and this year. My friend killed a nice 8 and a 10 last year there. Well a couple of weeks ago we went in to cut lanes and check everything out. A guy that rents a trailer from the land owner also obtained permission to hunt the property. No problem there. But when I got to one ofmy stands he had hung a stand literally close enough that we could look at each other. As a matter of fact if he was in his stand and I was gonna hunt I would have to walk right past him. Well I talked to the guy and told him his sand was right on top of mine( he had to have already known this as he could see it). I told him that I'd been hunting there since last year and told him of some other locations that he could hang his stand. Well he said he didn't hunt much and he thought he'd just leave it there. Well on the 1st day of the season I went to the stand and there he was. The wind was blowing from his stand to mine...needless to say neither of us saw a deer. The next day I went in and moved my stand (this past Sunday) When I told him he said he didn't understand why I moved. I told him there was such a thing as hunter's ettiquate (spelling?). To me this guy is an idiot. If I had been in his shoes I would have found out who else was hunting the property and talked to them before placing a stand so I could make sure we weren't too close. I guess he didn't see it that way. The worst part of the whole situation was that if I had known about it before the season began I could have had my stand moved before opening day. Anyway I feel I have a better location now and I hope this a$$#%le doesn't ever even see a deer. the nerve of some people astounds me.
