Don't try to re-invent the wheel. Bohning Fletch-tite is the standard and is what I use. When I clamp a vane I only wait about 3 minutes and then release the clamp to proceed to the nest vane. I scrape the old vanes off of carbon arrows with a pocket knife. Just be cautious to not dig into the arrow. You don't want an adhesive that is TOO strong as someday you may want to remove it to refletch that arrow.
