exactly!!! i started to buy a 25-06 but then thought i may hunt elk or something like that in the not to near future and wouldn't want to have to go buy a new rifle so i just went a step up to the 30-06. but to have 25-06 results i shoot the 125gr. corelockts. about as much recoil as the 25-06 and more power.
