You should go to a pro shop and have them measure your draw length. If you tell us your height we can give you a rough estimate.

Also, that bow is 60-70 lbs. I consider myself to be stronger than average, but I had trouble pulling a 50 lb bow back last year. I am not saying you are weak, I am just saying that a 60 lb bow is pretty heavy for a beginner.
