Default RE: Knight Disc Rifles

cayuqad,
I upgraded/converted my disc to the super disc(red) few years back. The ONLY differance is the conversion makes it all water proof. The red IMO is a bit easier to load and eject in the field, particularly at dark.

2 years ago I discovered while testing some new bullets I had run out of red discs. Its now 4-5 days before season starts. I couldn't find anybody that had the reds! I had to reuse/reload some old ones laying around. My only suggestion is - don't do it! It can be done but it is a royal pain in the Buttocks to press out old cap and press in new one. I never tryed to reload the orange ones. I would venture to say you might have same problem?

I've always wanted to try BP in my .45 disc but APP has just about spoiled me. I'm sorta ashamed to admit I haven't used any BP in 3 yrs. I'd be interested in the results of your 100gr BP load. I've used up to 130gr of ff APP with no loss of accuracy from any given bullet. However the 2nd and 3rd load do require a hydraulic press [>:]

Good Luck
