I installed a cargo carrier on the back hitch of my pickup this year with a HUGE RubberMaid cargo box. I put my boots and my clothes in plastic zip bags and then lock them in the cargo box. That way, my gear is safe, always with me and the plastic eliminates any odors from the truck exhaust.

but why go through all the trouble of installing a cargo carrier on the back of your PICKUP truck.Why not just throw the Rubbermaid cargo box in the back of the box and have absolutely no concern of the exhaust
