Chief,

1 gal distilled water
16 oz 3% peroxide
1/2 box baking soda
2 shot glasses of HS soap

this will be my first year trying it, so I can't say from experience how well it works, but I have done extensive internet research on it and every one says it works and you can't beat the price.

NOTE: I got creative and cut up an earth scent disk and toss it in the container for cover, once again...we'll see!
