I had thought about drilling and tapping inserts into the riser, but it's my brother's bow. He'd probably be up for it, but I don't really want to be responsible for doing it. Assuming this stick bow thing sticks, I plan to eventually get or make a different bow and will get a good quiver then.

I couldn't sleep last night so I devised some home made strap on attempts in my head. Just need to go look at the bow to see if they'll work or not. Worst case, I'll just carry the quiver along with me.
