Around here(Lower Delaware,E.Shore Md.)the big old boys work the edges of woodland marsh.When pressured they will lay deep in marsh,frag,small islands far far away from human activity - They disapear!

They rub,tear up edge lines,"Destroy" pine and love anything in cedar family.Tend to set up breeding areas in these marshy wetlands,edges,
points,thickets,islands etc.Look for pines,cedars,fall downs,thickets.
We've watched does walk in and out of these areas to meet the buck of their dreams.

We've glassed big old bucks for hours on end,walk from river edge to island,checkin out the does - year after year this goes on!
