Default RE: Draw length problem.

I had my draw shortened yesterday at the proshop. My length is 29" and thats as far as the bow can go down to. I also have small hands for an adult. The release I use is A tru-fire with the wrist strap. I`m thinking of going back to the hand held three finger design. Since I am just starting to shoot again, I had my bow set at 56lbs to re-develope my muscles again, so I don`t really need the extra support of the wrist strap. I know what you mean when you say that too long a draw strains the muscles of the back and shoulders, it seems I am getting a real workout with just a short session, I don`t think I should feel any strain with that light of wieght. I`ll go to the shorter release and see if that does it, if not, I`m probably looking at buying a different bow. Thanks for the suggestions Mouse.

See you on the water and in the woods.
