I had the same problem with my peep a while ago. All I did was put my bow in a press and move the peep a couple of strings around the peep in the direction I wanted it to go. Always remember to keep an equal number of strings on each side of the peep though. If you don't have a press just take it to a pro shop. I'm sure they do it all the time.
