I agree that someone who shoots somebody shuld go to jail, accident or not, you need to know what's beyond your target, you are fully reponsiable for that bullet and what it hits. Ignorance is no excuse!!!!!
lou-lou Let me get this straight. If your hunting and have looked over your shooting area good and know there is nobody around then I (a few minutes later) come still hunting in brown overalls 200 yards away and kicks up a 150 class buck in your direction you will be able to see me and won't shoot at that buck because I'm in that direction. And if you unfortunately shoot me because of my stupidity of walking around the woods in brown you should go to jail. Interesting.
