Well, apparently there is conflicting information on a technical aspect of the legislature session dates right now from what I understand. The bill has been on the gov.'s desk for 10 days, but there is question as to him actually having 30 days to sign it, and force a veto of some sort with no action.
??????? Were did you get this information... Can't find anything that shows it passed!
