I had the same problem this year before bowhunting season began. I have a Martin Magnum. The shop didn't believe me which kind of eerked me but they should takecare of it for you or they aren't worth dog excrement. They finally took care of it, but it took me staying there waiting for it to be fixed then shooting it at their range a couple dozen times before it started doing it again andthe staff heardthe creaking. Then I made sure they fixed it properly.
