Speaking of doing it yourself I want to change my poundage from 62# TO 65#. I have the allen wrenches to do it but don't want to mess up my bow. Which way do I turn my screws and is there a particular order to do it in? Quarter/half or full turn?
Different bows have different amounts of turn needed per pound. Check your owners manual or if you don't have one call customer service of your bow manufacturer. But you are on the right track of doing both top and bottom in smaller increments and don't forget to check your tiller again after you have changed the poundage. You will be "Turning down" or tightening the screws that hold your limbs in the process, you may find it takes some pressure to move these bolts.
