The best thing I've found is the system made by BP-Technology (http://www.bp-tec.com/) With their product you get 35%-45% recoil reduction, the elimination of muzzle rise after a shot, and zero increase in noise. I have their prioduct on the .375 H&H I take to Africa. It shoots wonderfully for me (I'm 6-1 200) as well as for my son (who is 5-11 145) I can shoot it all day with no recoil issues.
