Me and the wife just got an 8 week old Dachshund/Beagle mix. I wonder if i can talk her into letting me train it to hunt. The guy we bought her off of said that all the ones he has raised over the year love to hunt and take to it right away. He said that they will hunt and catch anything they can get there mouths around and he means anything. As soon as we get some land and a house of our own im going to get a pure bred Mountain Fiest from a friend that raises them, then i will have a pack of mini huntin dogs, little critters beware.
