He's down, but thats a no brainer here in Alabama as we don't have the limits per season like some states. Now it would be much harder if i was hunting in a state where there was a 1 or 2 buck season limit. I would just have to determine how severe he was. If I thought he would survive id let him walk but if i was very uncertain about his fate i might have to take him.
