We are past the point of the law on our farm in Iowa. When we had problems, the law didn't do a damn thing. Now, we've taken things into our own hands. I've saved myself several hundred dollars because of all the stands I find. And if I can't steal it, I make it completely unusable to its user. Our land is clearly posted. We've kindly asked people on their ATV's to leave. They haven't been back since. If I was to find an ATV out there...Well, I swear the parking brake failed, causing it to become permanent trout habitat on the bottom of the creek.
