Hey fellas appreciate all the replies, I'll try to answer some ?s. Paul it is simply not ejecting the hull, I've tried to watch it while someone else shot it and it looks like the bolt is only coming back about a half an inch the best I can tell. The gun would eject light loads with no problem until I got it back from my nephew. As far as the rings, I have no idea how they go for sure but the way they are looks right.

Pro-Line, it is not a magnum.

Bulzeye, the action works freely.

Vapodog, I'll look for the diagram.

One last thing, if I sand the chamber down smooth will it cause other problems?
