I shoot on average 300 clay birds a week year round and .22 rifle and handgun 2-3x's perweek usually about 150 rounds total. Some .45 once a week and various center fire and my muzzleloader every few weeks.
I have the advantage of being retired and belonging and working at a commercial range so can do quite a bit. I do slack off a bit come Oct.-Jan., after all would you rather be hunting or target shooting?
