My wife and I went over to a friends house to view the demonstration. I bought an 11" chef knife. I use it anytime I cut anything in the kitchen. I was pretty bored with the presentation...and the prices...then he pulled out the outdoor knives. I grabbed the hunting knife and bought it. I like the idea that I can send it in anytime and they will sharpen the "D" edge.
