Wondering what kind of broadheads you use for turkeys? Does the gobbler guillotine really work? I let one get away last year while I was deer hunting....makes me sick to wound one. Turkey season is in duringarchery season for deer in IL and I see them all the time where I hunt. So, this year, especially before rut, I'm going to set up for them, just want to be properly equipped.Do most of you go for a shot that pins their hips or a head/neck shot. The one I shot wentthrough justbelow the neck,kinda forward toward the breast.....it laid down in a field for over 1/2 hr,then I went to get it and it flew off. I really don'tthink it died because there was a group of9 toms, then 8 for a fewa couple weeks, then back to 9.....I think he just took a couple weeks off on his own? Thanks.
