Here is a good link for the drop shot, you can also navigate around the website and find a wealth of info on anything bass related. I like to use finesse worms on a small stand-up jig head. I cast them out and let them sit for 15 to 20 seconds and then just shake the rod tip, the idea is not to move the bait but to just get the tail of the worm to shake back and forth. Let it sit another 15-20 seconds and then repeat the shaking or pull it in a few cranks and repeat. I catch a lot of pressured fish using that rig.
