Default RE: Save Pennsylvania Pheasant Hunting

[:@]when I first started hunting pheasant in California, a license cost $6.00 and a pheasant stamp $4.00. That four dollars paid for the rearing, releasing of tens of thousands of pheasant each and every year.
A few years later, someone brainstormed the idea of rolling the stamp into the cost of a license, $10.00 and the pheasant programs as we knew it, were long gone!
Today, we're required to buy an "Upland Game Stamp" and itdosen't get us pheasant one, except for some drawing only junior, women's and family, let em out of the box hunts!
We have 100's of thousands of agricultural land in this state, and the pheasant populations have dwindled dramatically, but, yet, each year, the state collects boo koo dollars in stamp money!
I feel for you Steeler, Phillie, Eagle, etc.countrymen, I know too well the pain of losing what you love!
I signed the petition and sent a letter, hope it helps!
