The local developer advertised and sold 200 permits to hunt bow only. They charged each person 200.00.The line was long and alot were to late and turned down. And this is the same property they have been with permits culling the deer herd all winter. TELL me the Pa southeastern hunter aint desperate for property to hunt on.!!!!!!!!
