Well guys I looked at the property yesterday. It doesn't look to bad. About 60% of the land has been clear cut in the last 2 or 3 years. About 75 acres is planted pine and the rest is creek drainage that has hardwoods in it. There is a good road system that dissects through the land.The part that is clear cut hassome tree tops that was left over. There are no food plots planted.
